Bull Bay Restaurant Branding

Bull Bay is a family-owned restaurant in Wilmington, Delaware. I am part of the team that launched this brand in May of 2017. Our mission is to serve and provide the community with an authentic Caribbean eating experience and delicious food. Our name, Bull Bay, is a small town in Jamaica. It represents the family roots and the transitional routes for the owners of the restaurant. In their migration from their home town St. Thomas, to the states, they bypassed the birth place of the source of the family’s love for culinary arts, their grandfather, in Bull Bay.
As a member of the small team that worked on the opening of this restaurant, my role was developing the logo and visual identity as well as working with the owners to establish a brand voice and guide in the design of the space. I am currently focused on the restaurant's continued relevance to the Wilmington community, running its social media accounts and improving the space.
